2023 Genie ‘Moody Gurlz’ Wiradjuri Country, Hilltops. NSW ABV 12.5%
Freeman Vineyard Young, Organic Pinot Gris. Wild ferment on skins for 5 days. Drained and basket pressed off into tank to finish ferment. Élevage on fine lees for 12 months before transferring to tank and bottled by gravity. Minimal sulphur added on bottling.
Grippy, textural, orange zest with peachy fruitiness.

Rosnay Organic Vineyard Canowindra Shiraz.100% de-stemmed and directly basket-pressed two days after pick. Wild ferment and bottled by gravity to finish ferment in bottle, then hand disgorged after 6 months. No added suphur, fining or filtering.
