2023 Genie Chardonnay Wiradjuri Country, Central Ranges, NSW ABV 11.5%

Rosnay Organic Vineyard Canowindra Chardonnay. 100% de-stemmed and wild ferment. 2 separate picks 1 week apart, 7 and 13 days skin contact with soft plunging. Basket pressed off all together into new and old french oak. Élevage on fine lees for 14 months before transferring to tank and bottled by gravity. Minimal sulphur added on bottling.
Savoury and mineral with soft skin contact tropical fruits and new oak structure.

Rosnay Organic Vineyard Canowindra Shiraz.100% de-stemmed and directly basket-pressed two days after pick. Wild ferment and bottled by gravity to finish ferment in bottle, then hand disgorged after 6 months. No added suphur, fining or filtering.
