Shipping Policy
We provide reliable, professional flower delivery across the Illawarra region.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following business day.
Delivery Windows:
AM Delivery: Arrival by 12:00 PM.
PM Delivery: Arrival by 6:00 PM.
Schools: Guaranteed delivery by 2:40 PM.
Businesses: Delivered within standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Specific Time Requests: While we strive to meet specific requests noted at checkout, these are treated as estimates. For guaranteed, time-sensitive delivery, please contact us for a priority quote.
Redelivery & Fees: If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, restricted access, or no safe place to leave the order, a redelivery fee starting from $15.00 will apply (calculated based on suburb). Alternatively, the order may be collected from our store free of further charges.
Authority to Leave: If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe, shaded location. We will notify the sender or receiver via SMS or Email once the delivery is complete.
Weddings & Events: Delivery and on-site setup are individually quoted based on labor, venue location, and travel time.
Returns & Exchanges
At Pepe’s Garden, we proudly comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure you receive products of acceptable quality.
Perishable Goods (Flowers & Plants): As flowers are living, perishable products, any quality or condition concerns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the arrangement to pepesgarden@icloud.com so our team can fairly assess the claim.
Non-Perishable Goods (Gifts & Vases): We offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Resolution Options: If a product has a major fault (e.g., arrived damaged or failed to meet quality guarantees), you are entitled to your choice of:
A full refund to the original payment method.
A replacement of equal value.
Return Shipping Costs:
Faulty Items: Pepe’s Garden will cover all return shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty under ACL.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect details provided at checkout, or where flowers have not been cared for as advised. For non-perishable "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions: Custom event designs, wedding florals, and special orders are final sale except in cases of a major failure as defined by the ACL.
